partner church bicentennial event April 19, 2009
Bethlehem United Methodist Church has always been closely associated with the Yelvington Annual Campmeeting. Not only are our board meetings often held there, but a large number of our board members and regular Campmeeting volunteers attend the church.
Please note that Bethlehem will be celebrating its 200th anniversary on April 19, 2009 - from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All friends of the campmeeting are invited to attend any or all of the bicentennial events. Let's help Bethlehem celebrate its heritage as the oldest congregation in Daviess County, Kentucky (and as a good neighbor to the Yelvington Annual Campmeeting too)!
For more information and a list of events, see Bethlehem's website: http://bethumc.blogspot.com/.

2007 update
We had a wonderful campmeeting in 2007 and plans are already underway for 2008. We were pleased to see many new faces this year, along with many faithful friends. Thanks to everyone for their prayers, attendance, and support. Thanks especially to the all-volunteer board who worked so hard to prepare the grounds and make other arrangements. Thanks also to our evangelist, Steve James, who gave us a blessing every night - and to all those who provided special music, especially Firm Foundation and The Remnant.
Our 2008 evangelist will be Bob Nelson and our nightly special music will be provided by Firm Foundation. We are looking forward already to another wonderful year. Check back here throughout the year for updates and announcements.
